Q. What is Real Estate Staging?
A. Preparing homes for sale and it has little to do with candles and baking cookies. Staging is simply a cost-effective sales and marketing approach that facilitates buyers falling in love with a house. In this marker, buyers can afford to be choosy. They want, and will only pay top dollar for those houses that are move in ready. Most homes need some degree of decluttering, rearranging, cleaning, repairing, depersonalizing and "dynamizing" which allows a home to be shown in its best possible light. Why would agents spend time and money for a house that is not ready to market? We recommend staging before any pictures go into the MLS. Before the Brokers Open, and even the first showing.
