Owning a Real Estate Company comes with its challanges and many rewards. Throughout my first 3 years owning and managing North Star Real Estate, LLC, I have seen many changes. I have seen changes in the industry with the burst of technology aids such as the PDA, E-Fax and texting. This technology aids my Realtors to service your needs better than ever before. The challanges I have seen are the changes in the Real Estate market we all knew were coming down the pike. We took for granted that they would always be coming tomorrow and possible never come to our own doors. The economy took away our jobs, it took away our precious equity. It stripped our homes values of tens of thousands of dollars. We are still trying to hold onto our homes values. The facts are that as of today 2-26-2010, the home prices are stabelizing, the interest rates still at very low rates historically. The way we purchase homes in CT remailns the same. It takes the dedication of really great Realtors to guide you through the process. From assistance with finding financing right on through to the moving day. North Star Realtors are well qualified professionals who are well trained in selling homes in Connecticut and we take our business very seriously. When we find you that special home that you love, I am certain that we will have your business forever. That is our goal and that is my pledge to you. We will do all we can to keep your trust and show you we are working in your best interest throughout your transaction. My job is to train my Realtors and keep them well aware of the upcoming market trends and changes in the laws that govern our Realtors in CT..
